Sustainability

Prairie Rivers Cohousing's goal is to build to International Passive House standards. This will significantly lower energy usage for heating and cooling. We will also be using environmentally friendly building materials. Sharing resources within the completed community will provide many more opportunities for residents to live lighter on the planet.
